  • Observations of consultant meetings/Ad Boards to assess whether solicited expert advice is consistent with package insert labeling, materials used are approved by client's Review Committee, and meeting activity is not promotional and used to solely receive advice, guidance, feedback, or information.

Transaction Monitoring

  • Review of consultant meeting materials: slides, pre-read materials, invitations, agendas, executive summaries, meeting venue, FMV payments, adherence to client meal caps, needs assessment documentation, consultant agreement execution
  • Review of speaker program invitations, agendas, meeting venue, FMV payments, adherence to client meal caps, signed speaker agreement, attendee list to ensure only invited HCPs attended
  • Review of field personnel call notes, if CRM system used by client allows for free form text call notes
